Jonathan D. All 3 roasts make a superb cup of coffee, especially when brewed using an aeropress! I am currently sipping on a cup of the Bigfoot roast which is on par with some of the dark roasts from Aroma (Quadra). I am very excited that Port Hardy now has an amazing roaster.
